The Panasonic PV-V4660 (often referred to simply as the PV-4660) is a high-performance 4-Head Hi-Fi VCR released around 2000. It is part of Panasonic’s "Omnivision" line and is highly regarded by collectors for its "Made in Japan" build quality and robust feature set.
